Non-stop bus to Dubai (October 2025)
In October 2025 Dubai's RTA and Capital Express launched a non-stop bus between MBZ City Bus Station in Abu Dhabi and Al Quoz Bus Station in Dubai, every 3 hours, for AED 25. Unlike other RTA intercity buses, it takes nol cards, bank cards and cash (Gulf News).
Airport routes

Fares
City and suburban buses cost AED 2 plus 5 fils per km, up to AED 5. See the Abu Dhabi fare calculator.
