Drive Theory Apps

Terms of Use

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of any of these apps (“the app”):

  • Drive Theory UAE: Test Prep, on the App Store published by Muhammed Rifat Hossain

“We” means the developer named on the app’s store listing. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. How the app handles your information is explained in its privacy policy.

What the app is for

The app is a study and information aid. It is not an official product of the RTA and any UAE driver licensing authority or any other government body, and using it does not guarantee that you will pass any test or that the information is complete or current. Always check official sources and follow the law and the instructions of the authorities.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its content, except as the law allows.

Purchases

Some features need a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, so refund requests go to them. A purchase is linked to your store account, and you can restore it on other devices signed in to the same account using “Restore purchases”. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. We don’t control the advertisers’ products or websites and are not responsible for them.

Content and changes

We work to keep the content accurate but may change, add or remove features and content at any time. The app and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or its purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, effective from 22 October 2026. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
