Visit Abu Dhabi lists the Y3 as a free shuttle from the Yas Plaza hotels to W Abu Dhabi, the Hilton Yas Island, Yas Beach, Yas Marina and Yas Marina Circuit, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week.
Property Finder (January 2026) describes the Y3 as an on-demand service instead: groups of 5 to 30 guests book it at a hotel concierge desk, from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Who can ride
The Yas Express is free. Visit Abu Dhabi calls it a complimentary shuttle and doesn't mention any condition. Property Finder (January 2026) says you board by showing a ticket for a Yas Island attraction or a hotel voucher. Have one ready.
