Doha Metro and Lusail Tram (Qatar Rail)

• If you’re still at the station:
  Go straight to the information desk inside the metro or tram station. Staff can check recent reports or contact station control.

• If you’ve already left:
  Call Qatar Rail’s customer service line, 105, which runs 24 hours (The Peninsula), and ask where lost property is held.

Karwa Taxi and Karwa Bus (Mowasalat)

If you lost something in a Karwa taxi or bus, contact Mowasalat (Karwa) as soon as possible. 800 8294 is Karwa's taxi line, and riders have reported reaching customer care on 4458 8888 or by email at [email protected]. Check the current contacts on mowasalat.com or in the Karwa app.

Qatar Airways Lost and Found

If the item was lost on a Qatar Airways flight, report it through the lost property section of the Qatar Airways website or app as soon as you can. Passports and ID documents found on board are usually handed to the airport authorities.

Reporting Lost Items to Local Authorities

For valuable or sensitive items such as passports, official documents, or large sums of money, it’s best to file a report at the nearest police station.

You may be asked for identification and a description of the lost item.

Before you call

Have the date and time, where you were, a description of the item, and any trip details to hand: your Metro card number, the Karwa or Uber trip receipt, or your flight number and baggage tag. Report the loss as soon as you notice it, and follow up if you haven't heard back within a few days.
